Our FREE running club promotes physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and community building through running. Meet 10 minutes before 6.30 pm outside Renfrew Town Hall.
30-minute to 45-minute run depending on your focus.
This session will be a mix of routes and have a different focus each week.
Sunday morning long run @ 9AM
Meet 10 minutes before 9.00 AM outside Renfrew Town Hall.
At least 1 hour of running with the primary focus being endurance, running at a low heart rate pace to build aerobic conditioning.
